Delete your GoodFitCoach AI account

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

1. Sign in to /login with the same email you signed up with.
2. Open /settings.
3. Scroll to Delete account. Type “DELETE” into the confirmation field. Tap the button.

Your account is deleted immediately. The session in your browser is signed out and cannot be re-used.

Option 2 — Email request

If you cannot access your account, send an email to privacy@goodfitcoach.ai from the address you signed up with. Include the words “ACCOUNT DELETION” in the subject line. We will verify identity and complete the deletion within 30 days, with most deletions running in under 48 hours.

What we delete

• Your email, display name, and coach name.
• Your fitness profile (height, weight, goals, dietary preferences, allergies, optional medical notes).
• Daily logs, meals, weigh-ins, workouts.
• Coach chat messages and meal photos.
• Your subscription record. (Open invoices in Stripe are not auto-refunded; if you want a refund, please mention it in the deletion request.)

What we retain (compliance only)

• An anonymized audit log row recording “account deleted at <timestamp>” with no personally identifying fields. We need this to prove deletions were processed in case of a regulator request.
• Aggregated, fully de-identified usage metrics (counts, not identities).
