How accurate is GoodFitCoach AI?
Most calorie apps quote a single "accuracy" number with no methodology. We commit the methodology, the fixtures, and the run records to the repo so the answer is auditable. The full method is in docs/benchmarks/meal_accuracy.md.

What we publish here
We only publish a lane's headline number when all four of these are true:
- At least one run record exists with OpenAI enabled.
- At least 16 fixtures scored.
- kcal MAPE ≤ 20%.
- Correction-needed rate ≤ 30%.
If any of those is false, the lane shows "results in progress" instead of a hollow number.
