Who we are
GoodFitCoach AI (“we”, “our”, “us”) is operated by GoodLabs, a studio based in the Philippines and founded by Arron Cadawas. Payments are sold and processed by our Merchant of Record (Lemon Squeezy), who is the seller of record for your purchase.
What the service is
GoodFitCoach AI is a personal fitness, nutrition, and calorie-tracking app. It is informational and educational only. It is not medical advice, and the calorie estimates, coach replies, and progress signals should not be used as a substitute for professional medical, dietary, or psychological care.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. If you have an eating disorder, are pregnant, or have a medical condition affected by diet or exercise, please consult a qualified professional before using the app.
Subscriptions and trials
- Free tier is always free; certain features require a paid subscription (Coach, Coach Pro) or a one-time purchase (Lifetime).
- The Coach Pro 3-day trial does not require a credit card. After the trial ends you remain on the free tier unless you start a paid subscription.
- Paid subscriptions auto-renew. You can cancel at any time from /subscriptions; cancellation stops the next renewal but does not refund the current period.
- The trial is one per person. We enforce this on your email and device; a fresh email on the same device does not start a new trial.
- Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record; Stripe on some plans). Card details are never sent to our servers, and your receipt and any tax are handled by the Merchant of Record.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to break the rate-limit or scrape the API.
- Do not upload images or text intended to harass, defame, or sexually exploit a person.
- Do not attempt to inject prompts into the coach to produce harmful, illegal, or off-scope content.
- Do not share your account; one account per person.
Termination
You can delete your account anytime via /settings or /account-deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice when feasible.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that calorie estimates, coach advice, or progress tracking will be accurate, error-free, or appropriate for your specific situation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoodFitCoach AI and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or health outcomes, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where your local consumer law gives you rights that cannot be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the new version. Material changes will be announced in-app at least 14 days before taking effect.
